Katie Monroe is responsible for shared mobility partnerships at Transit, bringing options like on-demand microtransit, bikeshare, scooters, carshare, and ridehail into the app. Prior to joining Transit, Katie helped launch Indego, Philadelphia's bike share program, and worked on new mobility policy at the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics in Boston. Katie holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Haverford College, and a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she studied the potential impact of autonomous vehicles on transportation access for people with disabilities.
